The Norwegian Martial Arts Federation is a multi-sport federation with approximately 35 000 members: The federation is the governing body of taekwondo in Norway, as members of World Taekwondo. We are now seeking to fill the position of national team head coach for taekwondo.
The administration is headquartered at Idrettens Hus (House of The Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and Confederation of Sports/NIF), Ullevaal Stadium, and consists of 12 employees. In 2013 we started a professional Olympic taekwondo team with fulltime athletes.

It is important to us that you are good at interpersonal relationships and can work well in teams. You must have the ability to define goals, set course, lead the way and conduct trainings with high quality and intensity. Unifying a team of competitive hungry athletes requires good leadership and “people skills”.
