Nordic Forum
The Nordic forum will take place in the official hotel, Scandic Hell Hotel, Friday January 30th at 20.00 pm.
Each nation is invited to send three people to the forum. These three people should have mandate to make decisions on behalf of their taekwondo federation. One person representing poomsae, one person representing kyorugi and one person representing the national taekwondo federation would be preferable.

Flags
We kindly ask all nations to bring their flag to the championship, one to hang in the sports hall (big) and one for marching in (0,9 x 1 meter).
Transportation
There will be no organized transportation between the airport to the hotel, it is in a walking distance (about 600 m). Please see the time schedule for information about transportation between the hotel and the sports hall.
Dinner at the hotel
The Scandic Hell Hotel can offer evening buffet for 395 NOK. They also offer sports buffet with chicken, rice, pasta, salad and tomato salad for 210 NOK. Please tell at the information desk (Accreditation registration) when you arrive if you plan to eat at the hotel friday and/or saturday.
